We own 2 x Robopac - masterplat plus pgs, here in Melbourne, Australia. We wanted to make some adjustments on the machines including settings to wrappings and pallet sizes. We couldnt gain access due to lost or changed Password that no one could remember. We tried to get some help from our Local Robopac agents, but with not much success. This is what we tried so far with the help of local Robopac agents.- 

Reset Pw ............6778

default    ..............9999

customer .................1111

we also tried 1127,1234,9876

Unfortunately, The above didnt work. Is there any dip switch/ jumpers on the control board thats needs tobe turned on/off or jumpers added/removed?. Any suggestions?. Your support will be highly appreciated. thanks.
