Robot S7 Load Cell Calibration How-to Video

Please see the below video and document on how to calibrate your load cell. The following are common issues normally solved by this procedure:

-The Robot pre-stretch rollers move whenever the carriage or drive wheels are manually engaged

-Film is feeding too much/too little compared to the prestretch setting

-E6301 Film break Alarm detected by load cell sensor

-E6302 Film break Alarm detected by film unwinding sensor

-E6303 Load cell sensor fault, value too low

-E6304 Load cell sensor fault, value too high

-E6305 Load cell sensor fault, non-compliant no-load value

-E6306 Load cell sensor setting fault

-E6307 Load cell calibration not performed
